s(HS)TMB Weakener, ready-to-use Depending on the lot of the product Streptavidin will be produced in Streptomyces avidinii or Escherichia coli. diluting s(HS)TMB when lower sensitivity in ELISA is wanted. Simply mix in clean conditions 10 volumes of s(HS)TMB or es(HS)TMB with 1 to 10 volumes of s(HS)TMB Weakener. Use clean storage container. Mixing at ratios larger than 1 to 1 is not recommended. When correctly prepared and correctly stored mixture will retain stability of the weakened es(HS)TMB or s(HS)TMB.
