Dilute Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail III at 1:100 in an appropriate lysis buffer and mix thoroughly, then extract the sample protein, or according to the purpose of experiment, and the cultured cells and tissues, grope and optimize the experimental conditions through experiment.
