Characteristics

Origin: Human Cervix Adenocarcinoma
Components 2 x 100 μg of HeLa nuclear extract (TPA stimulated, 10 min) at 2.5 μg/μl

Concentration 2.5 μg/μL
Buffer Nuclear extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (20?mM Hepes (?pH 7.9), 100 mM KCl, 1?mM MgCl2, 20?% glycerol, 0.5 mM PMSF and 0.5 mM DTT). Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 62?ng/mL TPA (phorbol, 12-myristate, 13 acetate) for 10?minutes at 37?°C immediately prior to harvesting.
