Isotype IgG
Characteristics Normal goat IgG is produced from serum of goats that have not been immunized. This preparation can be used as a control reagent for Imunoasssays using goat polyclonal antibodies.

Application Notes Normal goat IgG should be used in Immunoassays at the same concentration as the specific goat polyclonal antibody. For most applications, the reconstituted IgG should be diluted between 1/100 to 1/1000 fold.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
