Application Notes |
Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgA in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
